Since 1994 we have offered our clients "hands on" leadership to successfully guide their respective projects from start to finish. Whether the project is educational, religious, commercial, or residential in building type, our design team listens intently to client needs and desires. The same team leads the project from initial design concepts and design development through construction drawings and site administrative/site observation services. Projects are not passed from one team to the next during the rigorous process of transforming a sketch into built reality. Rather, the same team which meets with the client then shepherds each project from beginning to construction so that details are not lost along the way.

We have a sincere interest in sustainable design and helping to preserve the earth's resources. We discuss with our clients the advantages of proper siting of their buildings, solar angles, landscaping, fenestration, use of sustainable materials, and heating/cooling systems in terms of long term energy savings and as accountable stewards of this planet.

As the need arises, we consult with an excellent group of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers. We hire the same engineers repeatedly and have a great working relationship with these consultants. With the aid of our consultants, we offer full architectural/engineering services for projects up to $10M, construction cost.
